We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Paycom's recruitment platform. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
Leverage Paycom's recruitment tools to streamline applicant tracking, candidate communication, and onboarding.
Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends, recruiting technology, and employment law to maintain compliance and drive innovation.
Support additional HR functions as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with Paycom recruitment tools and applicant tracking system (required).
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills across a variety of roles and levels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices related to recruiting.
